Learning about the Penny
We had fun learning about the penny and making piggy banks that we filled and counted.
Making Lincoln's log Cabin
We learned about President Lincoln when we learned about President's Day. We have been learning more about him, as we began learning about the penny in our money unit.
Making Flip Books
Reading the flip books we made is a great way to practice reading CVC (consonant, vowel, consonant) words at home.
